Shipping Policy

We keep shipping simple: free, tracked, and fast on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it door to door. You can also track any order anytime on our Track Now page.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Wrong address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll correct it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.

Delays

Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control (weather, peak season). If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, reach out and we'll make it right.
